SMWMOB The National Weather Service in Mobile has issued a * Special Marine Warning for... North Mobile Bay... South Mobile Bay... * Until 200 PM CDT. * At 102 PM CDT, a strong thunderstorm capable of producing waterspouts was located over Point Clear, moving northwest at 15 knots.
