FFWTBW The National Weather Service in Tampa Bay Ruskin has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for... Hardee County in central Florida... DeSoto County in south central Florida... Highlands County in south central Florida... * Until 345 PM EST. * At 144 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 5 and 12 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing.
