Description
Overview
At 150 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding.

Impacts
Life threatening flash flooding of normally dry washes, slot canyons, creeks and streams. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Mainly rural areas of San Juan County including Sei Billikoon, Face Canyon Creek, West Canyon Creek, and other drainages and canyons between the Arizona border and Lake Powell.
Instructions
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
