Description
Overview
At 1221 PM EDT, Doppler radar estimates between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. Rain rates of one tenth to oen quarter of an inch per hour will be possible through 130 PM EDT. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring. There have been several reports from earlier this morning of flooded roadways and stranded cards due to flood waters.

Huntington, Bluffton, Decatur, Berne, Ossian, Geneva, Andrews, Markle, Monroe, Lancaster, Preble, Nottingham, Zanesville, Willshire, Uniondale, Wren, Poneto, Vera Cruz, Murray and North Oaks.
Instructions
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
