Description
The heavy rainfall has ended, and the potential of flash flooding has diminished. The Flash Flood Warning has been allowed to expire. However, very heavy rainfall over the past two days in excess of 6 inches will continue to result in areal flooding into Friday morning. The Flash Flood Warning has been replaced by an areal Flood Warning.
