In northeast Iowa, Allamakee, Howard, Mitchell and Winneshiek Counties. In southeast Minnesota, Dodge, Fillmore, Houston, Mower, Olmsted and Winona Counties. In Wisconsin, Crawford, Grant, La Crosse, Monroe, Richland and Vernon Counties.

Impacts

Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

- Widespread rain is expected to develop across the region Friday afternoon and continue into the day Saturday. Some locations may see multiple inches of rainfall, particularly along and south of Interstate 90 and north of Highway 18. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
