Description
What
For the first Small Craft Advisory, southeast winds 15 to 25 kt and seas 7 to 10 ft expected. For the second Small Craft Advisory, southeast winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 7 to 12 ft expected.

Cape Decision to Cape Edgecumbe out to 15 NM.
