Description
Overview
At 646 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 4 miles northwest of Bird City to 3 miles southwest of McDonald to 8 miles north of Brewster, moving northeast at 30 mph.

60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

Impacts
Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. These severe storms will be near... McDonald around 650 PM CDT. Atwood around 720 PM CDT. Ludell around 735 PM CDT. Other locations impacted by these severe thunderstorms include Blakeman and Beardsley.
Instructions
For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a building. These thunderstorms will produce strong winds resulting in areas of near zero visibility in blowing dirt. Use extreme caution if you must travel and be alert for rapidly changing visibility. This thunderstorm is producing accumulating hail, which will make driving hazardous, similar to snow or ice. If you must travel, be aware of rapidly changing road conditions. Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
