...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Indiana... Ohio... Saint Marys River at St. Mary's River near Fort Wayne affecting Allen IN County. Saint Marys River near Decatur affecting Allen IN, Adams and Van Wert Counties. For the Saint Marys River...including Decatur, St. Mary's River near Fort Wayne...Moderate flooding is forecast.

Impacts

At 23.5 feet, Many east side city streets and county roads are flooded. Evacuation of east side residents near Bellmont High School becomes necessary.
