...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Indiana... Ohio... Wabash River near Bluffton IN affecting Wells County. Wabash River near Linn Grove affecting Wells and Adams Counties. Saint Marys River near Decatur affecting Van Wert, Allen IN and Adams Counties. Kankakee River at Davis affecting St. Joseph, La Porte and Starke Counties. ...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Indiana... Saint Marys River at St. Mary's River near Fort Wayne affecting Allen IN County. For the Wabash River...including Linn Grove, Bluffton IN, Wabash, Logansport...Moderate flooding is forecast. For the Kankakee River...including Davis...Minor flooding is forecast. For the Saint Marys River...including Decatur, St. Mary's River near Fort Wayne...Moderate flooding is forecast.

At 14.0 feet, Secondary roads are blocked. Roads near the east side of Geneva begin to flood. Some evacuations may be required and property needs to be transferred to higher ground.
