FFWAKQ The National Weather Service in Wakefield has extended the * Flash Flood Warning for... Cumberland County in central Virginia... Powhatan County in central Virginia... * Until 400 AM EDT. * At 203 AM EDT, gauge reports indicated that moderate to heavy rain was falling across the warned area. There have been reports of up to 5.5 inches of rain since 10 PM across western Powhatan County. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
