Overview
At 729 PM EDT, the public reported flash flooding in Pilgrim. Between 1.5 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional light rainfall is ongoing across the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.

Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Prince, Preece, Bradbury, McClure, Delong, Debord, Davella, Pevier, Pleasant, Coalpoint, Davisport, Pilgrim and Oppy.
