Details
At 3:17 a.m. CST, a line of severe thunderstorms is located from about Zengle Lake to 40 km north of Wathaman Lake then to 30 km southwest of Davin Lake. These severe thunderstorms are moving slowly to the east. Damaging wind gusts, up to quarter size hail and very heavy rain are possible. Locations and nearby areas that could be impacted include: Zengle Lake, Wathaman Lake, Davin Lake
Impacts and guidance
Some travel delays are likely. Heavy rain may cause flash flooding and significant reductions to visibility. Large hail may cause significant damage and injury. Severe thunderstorm warnings are issued when imminent or occurring thunderstorms are expected to produce damaging hail, wind or rain.
Instructions
Take immediate cover if a thunderstorm approaches. If outside, protect yourself from flying debris and hail. When thunder roars, go indoors! Lightning kills and injures Canadians every year.

À 03h17 HNC, une ligne d’orages violents s’étend depuis les environs du lac Zengle jusqu’à 40 km au nord du lac Wathaman, puis jusqu’à 30 km au sud-ouest du lac Davin. Ces orages violents se déplacent lentement vers l’est. Des rafales causant des dommages, de la grêle pouvant atteindre la taille d’une pièce de vingt-cinq cents et de la pluie très forte sont possibles. Les régions et lieux à proximité possiblement touchés comprennent: lac Zengle, lac Wathaman, lac Davin
Impacts et conseils
Des retards dans les déplacements sont probables. Les fortes pluies pourraient causer des crues soudaines et réduire considérablement la visibilité. La grosse grêle pourrait causer d'importants dégâts et des blessures graves. Les alertes d'orages violents sont émises lorsque des orages imminents ou en cours risquent de produire de la pluie, de la grêle ou des vents destructeurs.
Instructions
Mettez-vous immédiatement à l'abri si un orage approche. Si vous êtes à l'extérieur, protégez-vous des débris volants et de la grêle. Quand le tonnerre gronde, rentrez vite! La foudre tue et blesse des Canadiens chaque année.
