Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Rivers continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.

Instructions
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads. Stay away from river banks as flow can rapidly increase.
