Description
Overview
At 325 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Tecolote, or 9 miles south of Las Vegas, moving north at 35 mph.
Hazard
60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

Impacts
Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include... Tecolote, Romeroville, Ojitos Frios, Los Montoyas, Chapelle, San Agustin and San Pablo. This includes Interstate 25 between Mile Markers 327 and 344.
Instructions
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds and large hail. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
