Kankakee River at Davis affecting St. Joseph, La Porte and Starke Counties. ...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Indiana... Saint Marys River at St. Mary's River near Fort Wayne affecting Allen IN County. For the Wabash River...including Linn Grove, Bluffton IN, Wabash, Logansport...Moderate flooding is forecast. For the Kankakee River...including Davis...Minor flooding is forecast. For the Saint Marys River...including Decatur, St. Mary's River near Fort Wayne...Moderate flooding is forecast.

At 23.5 feet, Many east side city streets and county roads are flooded. Evacuation of east side residents near Bellmont High School becomes necessary.
