Wabash River near Bluffton IN affecting Wells County. Wabash River near Linn Grove affecting Adams and Wells Counties. Kankakee River at Davis affecting La Porte, Starke and St. Joseph Counties. For the Wabash River...including Linn Grove, Bluffton IN...Minor flooding is forecast. For the Kankakee River...including Davis...Minor flooding is forecast. For the Saint Marys River...including Decatur, St. Mary's River near Fort Wayne...Moderate flooding is forecast.

At 14.0 feet, Secondary roads are blocked. Roads near the east side of Geneva begin to flood. Some evacuations may be required and property needs to be transferred to higher ground.
