FFWAKQ The National Weather Service in Wakefield has extended the * Flash Flood Warning for... Cumberland County in central Virginia... Powhatan County in central Virginia... * Until 600 AM EDT. * At 329 AM EDT, gauge reports indicated heavy rain falling across the warned area. Between 3 and 6.5 inches of rain have fallen since late last evening. Flash flooding is likely ongoing.
