Additional details

Strong winds and dangerous seas will continue to impact the coastal and offshore waters as a Nor'easter moves slowly north off the Mid-Atlantic Coast.

Instructions

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
