Portions of Iowa, including the following counties, Allamakee, Howard, Mitchell and Winneshiek, southeast Minnesota, including the following counties, Dodge, Fillmore, Houston, Mower, Olmsted and Winona, and Wisconsin, including the following counties, Crawford, Grant, La Crosse, Monroe, Richland and Vernon.

Impacts
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

- Widespread rain has developed across the region today and will continue into the day Saturday. The heaviest rainfall will occur from Friday evening through Saturday morning. Some locations may see multiple inches of rainfall, particularly near and south of Interstate 94. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
