Saint Marys River near Decatur affecting Allen IN, Adams and Van Wert Counties. For the Wabash River...including Linn Grove, Bluffton IN, Wabash, Logansport...Minor flooding is forecast. For the Saint Marys River...including Decatur, St. Mary's River near Fort Wayne...Moderate flooding is forecast.

At 22.5 feet, Piqua Road begins to flood at Decatur. Evacuations begin on Ogg Street. Ohio State Route 49 near Willshire becomes flooded.
