At 16.0 feet, Water begins approaching several county roads. Agricultural land near the river is flooding.

- At 9:00 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 15.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage this evening and continue falling. - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.

Instructions

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas. Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks. The next statement will be issued by Thursday morning.
