Wabash River near Bluffton IN affecting Wells County. .Rises on area rivers occurred as a result of recent heavy rainfall. Rivers are now past crest and will continue to drop within this current dry spell. For the Wabash River...including Linn Grove, Bluffton IN...Minor flooding is forecast. For the Saint Marys River...including Decatur, St. Mary's River near Fort Wayne...Moderate flooding is forecast.

Impacts
At 20.5 feet, Indiana 101 north of Pleasant Mills is closed by flood water. Extensive agricultural flooding is in progress. Residents of the east and southeast side of Decatur become concerned.

Instructions
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas.
